Release Notes:

The Beneath is a six piece metal band hailing from Cincinnati, OH. They have
been a staple in the local scene in Cincinnati for the past two years playing
with acts such as Protest the Hero, Haste the Day, Between the Buried and Me,
Project 86, etc. They released their first record, So Came the Decimation in
August of 2007 and now proudly release City of Light (April 2009), which is
already receiving rave reviews from the critics. The Beneath blend heavy
guitar-driven melodic metal with anthemic harmonized vocals from their two
